2. Types of Information Collected and Uses of Collected Information
We collect two types of information about our Site Users: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

We provide some products or services jointly with other retail merchants who offer goods or services through us and donation opportunities through charitable organizations. These are known as "Affiliated Businesses." We may share your Personally Identifiable Information with an Affiliated Business so they can contact you regarding a transaction. 5. Updating and Correcting Information
We encourage you to promptly update your Personally Identifiable Information if it changes on your personal logins. Since we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions on the Website. In addition, in may be impossible for us to completely delete all of your information because we periodically backup information.

We recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. Once the Online credit card sales is confirmed and place the order then customer credit card will be automaticlly charged and amount will be place-on-hold until the order is confirmed by the restaurant. Before store confirms the orders customer can call Gyroonpita at 203-438-7100 to cancel the order to reverse the entire transactions and send back to the card or Store also have rights to cancel the order for some unaviodable reasons if that happens then store will notify the customer via email by cancelling the order and revrse the tranactions. Store also have rights to adjust the cost by upcharges or refund based on final sale of the order requested by the customers for any additional items requested on the order which was not charged or not listed with the original orders or some tips amount charges.
